Weichai Lovol Heavy Industry is a well-known domestic engineering machinery and agricultural equipment manufacturing company with heavy production tasks and intensive production lines. The overall plant area is large, and the working environment is mainly hardened floor. The ground is always exposed to typical industrial pollution such as dust, oil stains, and iron filings, which places high demands on the efficiency, strength and stability of cleaning equipment.

The cleaning areas are mainly distributed in the main workshop of the factory, the material transfer area, the surrounding area of the welding line and the outdoor concrete floor. The overall ground is flat but the area is very large, and people and forklifts pass through together. The equipment is required to be wear-resistant, have strong suction, be flexible in turning, and support high-frequency all-weather operations.

The overall cleaning area of the factory exceeds 100,000 square meters. The operation areas are scattered and the cleaning tasks are continuous, requiring multiple devices to work together and cover efficiently.

Equipment configuration and quantity

Equipped with 10 PSD-XJ860 rear motor drive ride-on floor scrubbers and PSD-XJ9600 large ride-on floor scrubbers  to meet the cleaning needs of different areas.

PSD-XJ860 (rear motor drive scrubbers) - Suitable for medium and large channels and high-frequency operation areas

The cleaning width is 860 mm, the squeegee width is 1200 mm, and the cleaning efficiency of a single machine reaches 8000 square meters per hour, which is suitable for large-area scenes such as the main passage of the workshop and the road between material areas.

The rear-wheel drive structure has flexible steering, supports turning on the spot, and has a small turning radius, which is suitable for interspersed operations in areas with dense equipment or driving passages.

Equipped with a 140L clean water tank and a 150L sewage tank, the battery life is 5 to 6 hours, which is suitable for continuous high-frequency operations and reduces the frequency of mid-way downtime.

The operating noise is less than 68 decibels, which does not interfere with the operation of other equipment in the workshop, and cleaning tasks can be carried out in parallel during production.

The whole machine has a solid structure, the body sheet metal is sprayed with rust-proof, and the accessories are made of 304 stainless steel, which is suitable for industrial environments with frequent oil, moisture and dust.

PSD-XJ9600 (front motor large ride-on floor scrubber) - Suitable for cleaning work in large areas

The brush plate width is 1060 mm, the squeegee width is 1200 mm, and it can complete cleaning tasks of more than 10,000 square meters per hour, which is particularly suitable for large-area cleaning of hardened floors.

Equipped with a double-brush motor and a high-power water absorption system, the 55 kg brush plate pressure is more advantageous in dealing with stubborn stains, and can effectively remove oil stains, metal chips, and mud-water mixtures.

The clean water tank is 240L, the sewage tank is 260L, and the single-charge life is 7 to 8 hours, supporting multiple rounds of operation throughout the day.

The rear-wheel drive design enhances the climbing ability and load-bearing stability, and the LCD screen intelligent display system allows the operator to grasp the operating status in real time.

The standard high-pressure water gun and water tank self-cleaning system improve the convenience of cleaning and facilitate the rapid washing of residues or equipment surfaces in the workshop.
